Pours a clear golden colour whit a small white ring around the glass. Aroma is pretty much sweet ginger. Flavour is a good kick of ginger that really dominates without letting much else through except a mild sweetness that’s quickly taken over from the spiciness. Not an unpleasant ginger presence though that’s all that seems to be there.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2013 Ginger flavoured beer, not ginger beer. Tastes like beer plus ginger. Pours cloudy amber with a thin head. Smells like ginger, light bodied. Poor show.

Pours light orange with little head no lacing. Lots of ginger start to finish on this one. Overwhelms everything else and leaves a burn in the throat. Not for me.

2013-01-13. Crisp bright orange body, modest beige head. 3+ strong aroma of ginger in the aroma has an almost soapy undertone to it. 6+ Flavour has a ton of fresh ginger character not unlike pickled ginger from the sushi bar at times. Light alcohol and bitterness, ginger builds and grabs at the throat a bit. Average plus palate. Not bad, but the ginger is pretty intense, so you better like it! Bottle from the LCBO

UPDATED: APR 6, 2013 L’arôme et le goût sont très fort de gingembre. Il domine la bière au point que il est un peu épicé. Il manque vraiment du complexité mais ce n’est pas un blague que c’est une bière de gingembre!

650ml bottle, amber color, with a small bubbly white head, light ginger spicy nose, with some pale, munich, toasted honeyish malt note, within a faint lemongrass, zesty lemon peel aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a good strong spritzy, ginger spiciness character, with some light honeyed pale, toasted malt, faint vanilla flavours and a flowery citrus hop, soft subtle lemongrass undertone, leading towards a spicy spritzy ginger finish.

Pours a cloudy copper color with a white head. Smells of sweet ginger and taste very bluntly of ginger and very lite sweetness. I can appreciate this beer due to it being an off the chart ginger beer a d trying to give the beer drinker less sweetness and more authentic ginger taste with their beer.

Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of ginger is quite powerful and dominate most other ingredient. Taste is dominated by a ginger burn with a lightly sweet malt base. Body is about average with good carbonation. Ginger burn is too hot for my taste and almost no floral notes can be distinguished from this overpowering ingredient.
