3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
341ml bottle pours a golden orange color with a 2 finger white head that retains itself nicely and leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is floral and citrusy. Taste is a modest citrus hop bitterness with an underlying malty sweetness that balances this brew nicely. Light to medium body with some moderate carbonation leaving a nice mouth feel. A nicely done IPA that is fully flavored and definitely worth a taste.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A hazed amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice sweet biscuit malt with fruity notes, and good floral hops, a bit earthy and musty. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with nice resinous floral hops, a bit short in mouth, but nice.

Nov. 2011. Bottle from the hopbox. Golden color, thin white head. Aromas of grass and hops. Flavor is hoppy with some grains maybe? Refreshing, lasting bitter finish.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Satisfying yet not in the style IPA. Deep colour, a small lasting head. Neutral aroma. Leafy hop taste, no off note just not very citrus. Good drinkability, a tad above average mouthfeel. Someone from the West Coast sent me this

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle, probably way past it’s prime by now... Pours slightly hazy, light golden. Not to much going on in the aroma, grass, hay, a bit dusty. Tastes better, some citrus, grass, pine, with a nutty malt backbone. Medium bitter, ends pretty sweet, a bit to sweet for my liking. Drinkable, an ok beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at Papsř. Pours hazy yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is peaches, caramel and light citrus. The flavour is peach, citrus, fruit and caramel. Straight forward but well made IPA.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
My Bottom Line:
This India Pale Ale’s lean and bubbly mouthfeel carries overtly floral and citrusy hop flavors evolving alongside biscuity pale malt.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A healthy head of foam dwindles to a ring atop the clear pale blond.
-Malt flavors don’t come from residual sugars, which is nice.
-This IPA drinks like an APA. The intensity in the hop flavor and bitterness is low compared to most IPAs in North America, and the body is more slender.
-Light honeyed sweetness finds a way onto the palate.
-Expansive carbonation increases drinkability, as do watery passages.
