Bottle - Spicy, medicine and light grapefruit aroma. Clear gold with a thin head. Spicy, biscuit and flowery taste. The bottle is a bit old which may have changed the profile but it is still pretty good. The spiciness I smell and taste is very new, herbal and along the lines of clove and cinnamon.

341ml bottle pours a golden orange color with a finger and a half of white head which retains well and leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is grapefruit with some orange and lemon zest with some light caramel. Taste is grapefruit bitter with some lemony tartness and a light caramel malty sweetness. Bitterness is quite pronounced and overall, this is a well done IPA that deserves to be sampled.

Pours a slightly hazy amber with some white head quickly resulting in a small white ring around the Glass that lasts. Aromas of pine, some citrus, and some sweet pale malt notes. Flavors are grapefruit, zesty lemon, notes of pepper, overall a medium bitterness that feels great in the mouth and doesn’t overstay its welcome.
