Real raspberries added after the fermentation give this beer its distinctive nose and colour, while leaving it refreshingly dry and not too tart.

Strong berry nose. Clear, thin entry that rounds off at the end to yield to the yeasty wheat aftertaste. Pours opaque rose-colored, and looks like a smoothie. Soft mouthfeel, decent carbonation, and some suspended yeast is nice. Creamy head. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours reddish brown, minimal head. Aroma of farm fields and fruit. Taste is.....disappointing, I am a huge fanboy of Phillips but this one disappoints. I'm not sure what to make of it, other reviews say metallic, I get that, them the raspberry light finish at the end. Meh. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A solid fruit beer. Better than fort Garry’s attempt. Pours a red rhubarb color. Aromas of sweet raspberry jam. Flavors are sweet and tart raspberry with a slightly bitter finish Refreshing.

Pours dark copper with a slight head, which fades quickly. The taste is of course raspberries but they hit near the end of the sip. This is a very sweet beer at the start and then finishes dry.

Pours a lightly hazy pinkish red with frothy white head and nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of raspberries, fruity esthers, light grassy hops and wheat. Flavor is tart raspberries and spicy wheat with a bit of acidity and a dry finish. Balance is towards beer tart raspberries not sweetness which makes this a crisp and sessionable summer thirst quencher.

Meh. This came highly recommended to me from my boss, Not really impressed. Lacking in aroma, Hint of raspberries of course, but I found it hard to find anything. Nice Color, cloudy red/pink with next to no head. Crisp taste, that leaves much to be desired flavor wise, yet still smooth and a nice amount of carbonation. A quick finish leaves the palate wanting more, and whats there is more of a muddled flavor nothing distinct. Overall it’s not horrible, but I don’t see myself buying this again.

Bomber from Sherbrooke LC via Ryan (thanks!), served cold in a tulip glass. Cloudy pinkish-amber (salmon?) with a so-so pinkish head. Canned corn, surprisingly, lots of it, a little juicy raspberry buried beneath, didn’t expect this. Medium body, lively effervescence. Less DMS and slightly more raspberry than the nose, decent raspberry actually, a bit of wheat and grain, a touch of cardboard; dry with minimal bitterness and faint tang, has a reasonable raspberry finish. Unexpectedly flawed offering from Phillips.

Light red pour with a fluffy pink head. Aroma is tart raspberries. Flavour is full of raspberry - but tart, not sweet, so it’s easy drinking. Some cereal grains mixed in as well. Not too sweet, nor artificial tasting.
