Hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, spices, earth, honey, and light alcohol. Taste of spices, light citrus, earthy yeast, sweeter honey, tropical fruits, and faint alcohol in the finish. Really nice.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of straw, malts, dry herbs. Bitter flavour, straw, malts, hop, zest and marmelade. Relativly high carbonation. Lingering finish, bitter, hops, white pepper. Decent tripel, missed the honey though.

Very drinkable. The honey seems to temper down the floral yeast and coriander and leaves a tiny hint of bitterness. Pours clear golden without much head or lacing. Some booze and a touch of root. Tap at monks cafe.

Stubby bottle, 11.2 oz. Nose is light honey and malt, bit dusty, pours rich yellow-golden, still transparent, with tons of carbonation and a large soapy bright white head. Taste of pils malt with heavy lemony citrus, but there’s a dark shade of citrus at work here as well, edging toward (non-citrus) fruity territory. Honey, but not much air, light caramel character, alcohol extremely well-hidden, very low bitterness and off-dry, not tart or squinty, nice floral/clover character. Light straw, no dust. Medium body through and through, no texture on the malt but there’s enough going on otherwise to warrant another!
