Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of straw, malts, dry herbs. Bitter flavour, straw, malts, hop, zest and marmelade. Relativly high carbonation. Lingering finish, bitter, hops, white pepper. Decent tripel, missed the honey though.

Poured hazy golden color with a 1-finger white head. Floral and lemony citrus aroma, mixed with some earthy yeast and a note of clove. Body is medium and a touch oily. Lightly dry finish. Lemon flavor with earthy yeast beneath. Notes of clove and maybe honey. Some black pepper at the back.

Very drinkable. The honey seems to temper down the floral yeast and coriander and leaves a tiny hint of bitterness. Pours clear golden without much head or lacing. Some booze and a touch of root. Tap at monks cafe.

Stubby bottle, 11.2 oz. Nose is light honey and malt, bit dusty, pours rich yellow-golden, still transparent, with tons of carbonation and a large soapy bright white head. Taste of pils malt with heavy lemony citrus, but there’s a dark shade of citrus at work here as well, edging toward (non-citrus) fruity territory. Honey, but not much air, light caramel character, alcohol extremely well-hidden, very low bitterness and off-dry, not tart or squinty, nice floral/clover character. Light straw, no dust. Medium body through and through, no texture on the malt but there’s enough going on otherwise to warrant another!

Taste 3 times, first @ ZBF 28.04.’14. Almost clear darkgolden to orange color, with a off-white head. Aroma: some sweet, malts, grainy, bit fruits. Medium body. Taste: sweet start, malts, fruits, some bitterness. Ok tripel.

Small off-white head over hazy yellow beer. Another one plagued by oxydation. Sweet - but not honey. Graincookies. Sweet taste, again no honey. Grainy, pale malts sweetness. Medium bodied, gristslick, medium carbonation. It might make a good session ale, with just a less little sweetness, thanks to a lot less alcohol.
