The is some coffee candy. Notes of roasted malts. There is a little sourness in the back. Aroma is sweet malt and yeast with a hint of spice. It tastes of sweet malt and yeast up front with some mild hops bitterness in the somewhat dry finish. Sweet and spicy aroma, mainly coriander, cumin, yeast. Flavour is very spicy, peppery, sweet, fruity, with a light alcohol bitter finish. A bit less than medium bodied. Nice spicy ale.
