Jun 25, 2009 A clear amber/copper colored beer, with a light beige head. The aroma of caramel sweet with some malts. The taste of sweet caramel with bitter. The is some coffee candy. Notes of roasted malts. There is a little sourness in the back. The aftertaste is bittersweet and a little sticky.

May 21, 2009 tap at Arendsnest in Amsterdam - Pours light amber with a lingering head. Aroma is sweet malt and yeast with a hint of spice. It tastes of sweet malt and yeast up front with some mild hops bitterness in the somewhat dry finish. It’s a decent brew, but a little watery and there isn’t much to it.

Apr 24, 2009 On tap at Arendsnest. Murky amber colour, thin off white head. Sweet and spicy aroma, mainly coriander, cumin, yeast. Flavour is very spicy, peppery, sweet, fruity, with a light alcohol bitter finish. A bit less than medium bodied. Nice spicy ale.
