Cask; Occasional.
Brewed in the style of a traditional IPA, this robust, golden ale has a full hop aroma, powerful and full-bodied palate and plenty of hop flavour in the long, lingering finish. Hops used: Cascade, Mount Hood

Amber with some suspended particles. Short but dense head, which goes quickly. Very perfumed and flowery in the nose. Bit thin, acidic with a very dry end. Decent bitter. Simply citrus in the mouth.

Cask (gravity) at the Derby CAMRA summer festival 2005. Beer of the festival for me. Chunky orange body, orange rind shines into the aroma, sharp hops and oranges again to the flavour.

Cask (gravity dispense) at GBBF, August 2005. Attractive rich amber colour, with a big head for a gravity dispensed beer. Definitely US styled. Lots of orange in the flavour and sharp citrus character on the palate, but not as hoppy as I’d expected. Nonetheless a very appealing, fresh and thirst quenching beer.

[Cask at GBBF 2005] A hazy orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy with notes of caramel and fruit - especially oranges. The flavor is sweet with a light touch of diacethyl leading to well hopped dry flowery end. The mouthfeel is a bit sticky.

UPDATED: JUL 9, 2014 Cask handpull at Borough Market. Dark copper colour with thin beige head. Cookie dough and hoppy aroma. Caramel and op in mouth. More hop on end but disappinting and a bit of muddle of flavours. Like so many beers at this pub, never sure that this is exactly how it should taste. 2.5/5 Re rate County Hotel Ashford. Decent hoppy pale ale. Good pink grapefruit hops.

(Cask, The Wharf, Aalborg) - Light orange colour. Dry minty, floral hop nose. Soft, dry grapefruit flavour, with a slight malty sweetness. My impression of this beer is that your palate rather quickly gets tired of it, and when you are half way down your pint, you are fed up with the stuff,- not impressed....

Citrusy, sweet, floral, earthy, orange-lemon, resinous hop nose. Clear deep golden orange with a lasting off-white head. Orange citrus, light pine flavour. Mild underlying caramel malt flavour. Fair finishing bitterness. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Cask at GBBF 2005.

Cask at Southampton Beer Festival Orange, some head, slightly hazy. Beautiful aroma of cascade. Taste completely dominated by Cascade hops. Slightly to sweet for a top mark.
