UPDATED: MAY 3, 2014 Poured from 11.2 oz bottle into pint glass. Thumbs Up for this brewery as they provide a bottled date and a best buy date on each bottle. Appearance: pours a thick, sudsy white head that recedes rapidly with little or no lacing. Color is a clear light golden with moderate streaming carbonation. Aroma: smell is exactly like a Euro lager. Dominate grassy and pungent hops with some bread dough and yeast. Mouthfeel: very light and crisp with a dry finish. Flavor: pleasant bready malt and grassy hops, a slight citrus rind in the finish. Overall: a well made and enjoyable lager.

Moderate, moderate, and moderate. It is everything I will write about this lager beer if I have to describe foam, flavor and bitterness. Neither offers special highlights. It is an average pilsner which is quite ok. I think it will win a little if it is enjoyed in its home country where the climate is somewhat warmer than here in Denmark. Surely a very refreshing lager in a warm climate.

Bottle at Peppa cafe Forest in Kichijoji. Clear golden color with a finger of white foam. Light cereal notes with some grass. Slightly sweet, but not cloying with some modest hop bitterness on the finish. Meh.

From a bottle. Not as bad as I’d expected, a better than average mass production lager to be drunk in hot weather.

Clear golden with a small white head. Aromas of malt, somewhat bready with cereal notes develop with a hint of cardboard. average carbonation, thin, watery and light bodied. Nearly only malty sweetness with a faint touch of bitterness. Short finish.

Pours golden with white head that fades quickly. Moderate carbonation. Aroma slighly metalic and very slightly malty. Sweet, refreshing, with a hint of mango and pineapple. Fruity aftertaste. Awesome summer drink.

Funny that some local joints in Phuket are trying to pass this POS off as ’craft’. Line and length industrial PL and indeed lacks punch even for this part of the world. Faintly fruity early then the flavour disappears. Pass.
