500ml bottle. I purchased this beer thinking it was a British import only to find it was from a small brewery not far away in Fredericton, New Brunswick. I went to the Picaroons website and I was highly impressed as every day has a log book per batch with all the notes on the status of that particular batch with all the details. How cool!. My batch was 1124 brewed by Jordan Trethewey. Nice firm head on pour with natural gold hue body. Aroma a little soapy. Not too harsh for a micro with some citrus notes to it. Fresh and pleasing.

pours hazy light yellow with a nice white head, some retention. bretts - who would have guessed?, floral-citrusy, hint of wheat, decent breadied malts, low phenols. bright carbonation, light body - tad watery, dry herbal finish. higher rating because of infection - that suited well for this brew..

Bottle - 500ml. Nice golden body with a thin white creamy head. Fair malty/hoppy aroma with bready hints. Taste is slightly dominated by hoppy flavors and ends with a short bitter/herbal finish. Not bad.

On tap at the garrison ale house in Fredericton. Piscatory will be mad but I didn’t take copius notes so am letting down the rate beer community. Sorry

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a few floaties and a massive white head. Aroma of soft, honeyish malt with some floral tones and an odd hint of banana. Medium bodied with a nice creamy character. Flavour - lightly toasted malt, note of golden syrup, hints of orange peel and cut flowers in the moderately hopped finish. A straightforward and pleasant golden ale.

500ml bottle. Golden colour. Good hoppy finish for a blonde ale. Good summertime ale.

500 ml bottle from NB Liquor Store. Pours golden in colour, with big frothy white head. Lots of carbonation. Slightly sweet and a bit of light hop bitterness.

Interesting blonde. Heavy white head initially, flowery aroma with lots of carbonation.

A golden ale with a super thick frothy lacing white head. A herbal malt aroma, wild grass, light saltyness. In mouth, a smooth grassy malt with light British hopping, a bit if butterscotch, not bad.

500 ml bottle from Alcool NB Liquor. Pours a clear gold with small white head. Bready, grainy aroma with a little honey. Taste is grainy, slight honey sweetness and with a acidic harshness in finish. First disappointing Northampton beer I’ve had.
