I drank this striaght out of the bottle after climbing to the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain in Campbellton NB. I’m assuming it looks decent, so I’m giving the appearance a 3/5. Flavours were very pleasing after a 2km slog up and down a mountain: sweetly wheaty, with prominent melon and citrus fruit, and a very nice subtle spiciness. Maybe it was the circumstances under which I enjoyed it, but this is probably the best beer by this little maritime micro!

Aroma: first impression is very doughy, mellows to caramel.
Flavour: drinkable, but i found neither the citrus nor spice notes to be particularly present.
Palate: I found the first sips to have an inconsequential finish, later finish was on the bitter side.

From bottle. Citrus, honey and syrupy aroma. very clear light golden colour. Thin white lace. Initial flavour was strong in citrus. Brief hint of tropical fruits and watermelon. Thin texture yet very refreshing and enjoyable ale.

Pours nice golden yellow with white head. Very little lacing. Slight scent of citrus. Light-bodied, too much carbonation, and small bit of diacetyl in the taste.

A wheat beer fermented with a proprietary ale yeast. pours a hazy straw color with a long lasting head nice and spicy character that is balanced with a bit of creaminess. exhibits a long lasting mouthfeel reminiscent of well whaet.

Bottle. Poured with an average-sized, white head; pretty good lacing. Body was clear and sparkling, with a nice, golden-yellow color. Very nice aroma of wheat... much more apparent than some other wheat ales I’ve tried. On the palate, the body was medium, thin yet slightly creamy, with average carbonation. Nice flavor with an average duration.. you can really taste the wheat here... this ain’t no Grasshopper. Overall, a very enjoyable wheat ale that makes a great summer beer... I could easily have several of these.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Clear golden. White head disappears fast. Off-putting aroma of soda pop, orange, and general weirdness. Fizzy, gassy, prickly mouthfeel and palate. Tastes like soda water gone awry with rotten fruits. Horrid.

Golden-straw colour. I do get some orange peel underneath heavy-handed stank foot notes and abundant diacetyl in the aroma. Some orangey notes but lots of blandness. Lame, goes nowhere. There is absolutely nothing good to offer as a payoff for putting up with that butterbomb aroma.
