500ml bottle pours a clear golden color with a finger of white head that settles quickly leaving no lacing on the glass. Aroma is light fruits with not much else. Taste is a fruity and malty sweetness with a grassy hop bitterness. Light bodied with mild carbonation. I believe this is a fruit beer and as such, it is typical for the style. Nothing really special here, just a basic brew.

A great Summer beer, a real refresher. Probably don’t want to session on it, but it is quite unique. It actually tasted of watermelon and had a very nice tartness to it. Definitely one of the best fruit beers I have had.

2014-03-21. Lightly hazy dark yellow body with a small white head. 3+ Aroma of melon, whisper of bubblegum? Flavour is similar, good amount of melon, lightly floral touches, fair bit of tartness in the secondary that I suspect is not intentional but actually works for it nicely. Average bodied palate, pleasant carbonation. Bottle is from the summer so it may be a bit off/old but I quite like it. Very refreshing. Bottle from the brewery cellared several months

[Bottle (500ml) shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, jercraigs & mabel -- c/o j&m] First off, great label. Pours a hazy gold with an average size lasting frothy white head. Pleasant enough aroma, sweet and fruity along with some bubblegum. Flavour of sour fruit, quite carbonated and quite tart. Average bodied. Just good, not great.

Nice refreshing fruit beer. And I don’t even like water melons. Normally I’d say give me a raspberry any day. But this is a very unique beer, and for that I give it props. It’s light bodied, but still has that typical Picaroon’s creaminess. A touch floral and bitter, but overall sour. Reminds me a lot of a lambic actually, which is prolly why I like it so much. Could pass as one for sure. And of course I love the artwork. I’m not sure if I like their switching to a black cat or not. I mean I like both labels though. Maybe they’ll switch it up annually; that’d be cool. I’d say the best label out there, but nothing compares to their Feels Good robed and crowned pug.

Bottle. Hazy pale gold, average white head. Aroma is wheaty, slightly sweaty, and with light fruit-candy nuance. Flavours are the same, wheat and light fruit that unfortunately comes across as powdery candy, like Rockets at Halloween.

Bottle 500? ml
Aroma floral leafy hop nose, clean fresh hints of golden malts, herbal in character. 7-
Appearance hazed amber-gold with very large gushing top. (this beer exploded with foam after opening). 2-
Flavor and Palate : front tart bit funky. Clearly infected. Some bitter dry notes at mid. Funky but in not good way. Sour finish.
