Clear golden color/ white head. Pils malt, cornflakes, earthy bready aromas. medium bodied with soft co2. Light pit fruit, tropical fruit flavors with a drying herbal, earthyness to finish. good.

Bevuta all’Irish pub di Quinto (GE) dal bicchere di Gian. Profumo erbaceo e leggermente floreale, per il resto è una chiara semplicissima, un pò amara nel finale.. nulla di speciale

Clear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, citrus, light yeasty, leather. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, yeasty. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100606]

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is mild fruity and yeasty. Mild citrusy and yeasty fruity. Fruity and mild phenolic into a mild citric finish. Medium dry.

6th June 2010. Bottle at Brasserie 4:20. Hazy pale gold beer. Little white head. Lagerish nose. Very light frothy palate. Lagerish malt - not much else going on. What absinthe? Need to try this again.

Bottle. A hazy golden pour with a soft white head. Nose of sweet malts and maple. More sweetness in the flavor with some strong honey notes. Medium in body with light carbonation. Clean finish and somewhat refreshing. A nice beer.

Bottle @ RBESG, Rome. Pours unclear amber with a small off white head. Sweet with notes of dark fruit and caramel. Oily and syrupy. Some citrus hop notes.

I had this on tap at Beachwood BBQ’s Italian Beer Festival. It was very lightweight and although it says it was brewed with absinthe, all I detected were some slight fruity and herbal notes.
