9th March 2012 Hazy deep amber beer, tidy cream coloured head. Slightly lactose nose. Dry and crispy palate. Fairly sour but not a wince inducer! Nice mixed sour dried fruits. Woody dryness. A little bitterness. Dry finish. Not bad at all!
4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Mortlach (715) - Rome, ITALY - JUN 3, 2012
05/05/2012 Brasserie 4:20, bottle shared by Mario (thanks tabernae!). Rossa rubino, bellissima, viva e intensa, appena torbida, schiuma bianco sporca, poco abbondante.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 GT2 (5659) - Riverslime, California, USA - OCT 24, 2011
330mL thanks to Travlr. The pour is a hazy deep orange with a weak, acid cut off-white head. Nose is very nice nectarine and fuzzy peach with serious impending sourness. Taste is very good: peach flesh, sharp and tangy nectarine and stonefruit. Sharp and lactic palate. Pretty amazing. Another underrated/secret sour from Piccolo Birrificio that is just a knock out. Delicious.

Bevuta a Diano Marina, spettacolare è dir poco!

Bottle shared at GBBF 2011, Day 2. Pours a clearish amber with a faint, filmy head. Sour, funky nose, some berries and grapes. Light to medium sweet flavor with a great, refreshing sour tartness. Notes of fruits and funk. Medium bodied with light, smooth carbonation. Has a clean, tangy finish. Overall a superb beer.
