Pours blonde with big white head. Lots of carb in the bottle. Good balance of honey sweetness, light malts, and light spices. Citrus. Enjoyable, but probably not woth whatever the hell we paid for this in the states.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Doggythedog/heavy (thanks!)
Hazy golden coloured, small white head, malty citric nose. Malty, agrumy and spicy with notes of herbs and hops. Touch of coriander in the yeasty finish. Soft carbonation. Ok saison.

1/11 A 0.33 l bottle from Beer8 store, Genoa. As Sesonette. It poured unevenly hazy golden body with medium sized head. Very nice aroma, yeasty with lemony and herbal spices. Nice flavor as well, biscuit, vanilla, banana, citrus fruity and of course, very herbal. Full bodied, with longer sweetish finish which is slightly herbal dry at the very end. Enjoyable! I don’t like typical Saisons as they’ve got too thin body, but this is really full and very tasty beer. Down the cap!

In short: A fruity and very herbal Saison. Very soft and pleasant to drink. Nice but unremarkable
How: Bottle 750ml. Consumed (probably fresh) a few weeks after receiving it from Solan. Thanks a lot Alan
The look: Cloudy dark blonde topped by a medium off-white head with low retention
In long: Pleasant tangy nose with also floral and herbal notes. Taste is soft. Malts taste like dry straw. Rather fruity but with a little tiny bit of a whole lot of fruits (apples, pineapples, bananas, citrus, mangos, apricots, more…). Flavour of flower nectar. Spicy notes of corriander and friends. Strong herbal character that includes basil, fine herbs and such. The beer does feel rather dry but the dryness sensation seems to be coming more from the dry herbal character than from the actual attenuation. Fruity bitterness. The body is lean and the carbonation level is a bit too low. Nothing spectacular but overall a pretty decent smooth beer. Good job Tony! And I’m pretty sure I’m at least partially right with that last sentence.

As Sesonette, from the Beer8 in Genoa, shared with heavy and ogivlado.
Big thick white head, went away at a medium pace, murky golden body.
Sweet malty nose, heavy, yeasty agrumey notes. Sweet malty yeasty agrumey taste (surprise surprise), the dominating agrumey notes are quite pleasant actually and this ends up being quite nice and balanced. Bitter hoppy aftertaste.

Pours a cloudy dark orange color with a huge foamy white head that settles into a lasting lacing. Spicy and floral aroma with some citrus fruit as well as a crisp apple and pear presence. Very quaffable if not slightly watered down with a flowery, bitter hop flavor with hints of apple, pear, banana bread and a lingering fruity and yeasty aftertaste

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin off white head - very lightly carbonated. The aroma has notes of malt and citrus and some yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit, malt, caramel, yeast, and a bit of phenol, leading to a dry yeasty finish.

750ml Bottle: Aroma of fruit, yeast, light spices, pepper, slight coriander, slight grass, paper, and a hint of citrus. Poured amber/apple juice in color with a large, creamy, off-white head that lasted throughout. Moderately cloudy. Sparkling. Full of medium-sized particles throughout. Very good lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of yeast, light fruits, spices, juniper, chinotto, slight nectar, and paper. Light to medium body. Lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Yeasty, spiced, finish is dry.
