On tap at The Birch in Norfolk. pours hazy straw yellow with a large white head. Grassy aromas combined with lemon and citrus are dominant. Nice hoppy finish.

Hazy peach gold pour with a 2 finger, soapy, bright white head. Very fruity aroma, lots of lemon, some stone fruit and white grape, wheat, flroal notes and an acidic undertone. Flavor is also very lemony, also lots of wheat, floury grain, floral notes, berry scented glycerine soap, finishes with a fermented citrus juice flavor that lasts a long time. Light to medium body, dry, but oily feel and light carbonation with a slightly chalky finish. I didn’t really enjoy this at all, tastes like spontaeously fermented lemonade + possibly decent Saison Radler. It all comes out wrong. It does look decent and if I really concentrated on the mouthfeel instead of the flavor, the mouthfeel wasn’t too bad either.

Golden amber with a fruity aroma, notes of apricot and peach. Crisply bitter with fruity, zesty hop flavor. Lively and dry. Draft at Max’s Italian beer fest.

Very hazy gold beer. Short lived white head. Light crisp palate, dry. Light wheaty malt. Bitter orange, some other fruits. Spice, black pepper and oddly a touch of light chocolate. Finishes dry. Not bad. Made with Juniper, Coriander and Chinotto Peel.

On tap at Acqua Al 2 in Washington, DC. A lightly hazy, pale golden straw with a white head and moderate lacing. Light, floral aroma with lemon/lime accents, mild yeast, pear, spice and a touch of caramel malt. Taste is just a tad sweet and hard to pin down. Floral and lemon/lime citrus flavors with pear, light pepper, light yeast and just enough caramel malt fighting its way through to give a modicum of balance. A light body that seems appropriate to the lemon/lime flavor. Spritzy carbonation. A very pleasant, easy to drink beer. It doesn't wow me, but I certainly enjoyed it. Pairs well with fish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of straw and sweet maltiness....smells like a pale lager. Flavor is metallic straw with a hint of earthy/spicy hops showing up late. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is grassy with a touch of spice. Terrible! Tastes/drinks like a bad pale lager.

wow. unique, to say the very least. aromas and flavors up front of subtle juniper smokiness, with dry white wine and tart citrus finishing. The citrus comes in the finish, long and clean, not quite sweet but not the abrasive bitter sourness you may expect from the Chinostro di Savona. Such a unique citrus flavor, and the white grape vinousness drys out the finish beautifully. Subtle creamy finesse in the mouthfeel, almost like the carbonation emulates Nitro. In 5-10 years Italian craft beer will be as highly regarded as Cantillon is today. People just aren’t ready to appreciate the subtlety and finesse of it yet...

On draft at Alla Spina. Pour a cloudy mess. Aroma light grass and citrus. Taste mildly sour, majorly mediocre.
