Apr 28, 2008 Bottle: Lightly hazy orange blonde color, light puffy head and some lacing. Nose of light coriander, snappy thin noble hops and a grassy light spicyness which could be spices, could be yeast. The flavor is brittle with some light matiness bordering on caramel, a touch of butterscotch and some corianderness, finishes thin. Hmmm, not quite worth the price on this one. $7.99 for a 300ml? Hmmm.

Apr 14, 2008 Bottle... Hazy yellow ale with a mid-sized, wispy, white head. Good retention. Very sweet, herbal and floral aroma. Medium-bodied with a coarse mouthfeel and intermediate carbonation. The well-balanced flavor bursts at the seams with herbs, spices and breadsy notes. Moderate, pale barley malt and honey sweetness mingles well with the dryness of the malted wheat. Spicy, Mojave-dry finish. Not entirely my thing with all the coriander, but still a quality saison.

Apr 9, 2008 Bottle. Poured a nice pale golden body with thin head. Aroma is flowers, light spices. Flavor is lightly sweet spices, light lemon and a smooth body. Finishes slightly dry. Refreshing.

Mar 31, 2008 On tap @ Max’s Taproom Baltimore. Pours a light golden color with minimal white head. Aromas of citrus & corinader. taste has a peppery spiciness to it, slight bitterness. Somewhat complex taste here. Pretty good

Mar 25, 2008 Lightly hazy orange/gold with a small white head. Coriander and juniper jump out of the aroma followed by floral, citrus, earth, grains, candy, and fresh leather. Generous amount of wheat in the flavor, especially towards the finish. Also some peppery oak and earthy, bitter hops. Subtle vanilla creeping in the aroma and flavor as it warms, prominent in the aftertaste. A lot going on in what at first taste seemed a simple brew. Medium to medium/light body is a little thin, well carbonated yet soft. Finishes dry and yeasty, like a cross between a wit and a saison. Very nice.

Mar 12, 2008 Updated: Mar 31, 2008pours yellow with a medium sized white head. Strong coriander aroma, some citrus, funk, and a off lime smell. Flavor is dominate coriander, some pine, funk, all sorts of spice I can’t pick out. I find a bad pale lager floating underneath all the spices. Finishes slightly dry, slightly bitter, decent carbonation. Not my cup of tea.
