COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Deaught only. First made in Autumn 2008 and so called because our friend Gareth pressed the over ripe Cambridgeshire pears all by hand! It has since become a real favourite. Fermented slowly it gives a fruity perry with a strong pear character.
