Clear golden coloured with a citrus flavour. A hint of dryness in a crisp lasting hop finish.

Cask handpull at Market Porter, Borough. Very pale gold with slight haze, lasting white head. I keep trying Pictish beers as Gazza says they’re great. Faint hop aroma, ok in mouth. Finish is sherberty hoppy with a little of the yeast from teh aroma coming through. It’s not wonderful.

Cask at Merton Summer Beer Festival 06-07-07. This poured amazingly clear and a very pale golden colour I was rather suprised, I was expecting at the very least some haziness to it. Once people clocked onto this beer it actually went down very well indeed and I could see why. It had a nice if maybe too subtle aroma with a hint of orange and wheat, the taste was very clean and really refreshing, some spiciness and wheat but quite delicate, still a very nice beer.

Gravity, Merton Beer Festival. Luminous yellow gold, delicate white head. Full sulfur and orange marmalade aroma. A clean smell--something you’d expect in a bar of fancified soap. Delicate hop flavor, mineral. Very light reminder of the wheat content. Not bad at all. A beer that has something alive about it.

CasK Merton Summer Festival. Especially loved by ER, cask wheat beer with strong wheat flavours and hints of coriander? Another excellent beer at Merton.

Cask conditioned at merton Beer Festival ’07. Pale lemon, sl haze, no head. Not immediately clear that this is a wheat, there is a little spiciness and also a strongish lemonade type flavour. Light and fluffy on the finish, not much there, but overall pretty decent.
