COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - May to August.
A crisp refreshing blonde ale. Rounded pale malt flavours in the mouth are balanced by a subtle bitterness which leads to a dry finish with a delicate floral hop aroma.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. I’m going to persist with Picitsh until I like them. Pale gold beer. Lasting cream head. Some yeast on aroma. Some odd hop on this, herby and slightly sweet. Well made, but just a touch sweet maybe.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A golden coloured pour with a smallish white head. Fruity, floral hoppy aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus fruit, bitter. Refreshing enough but Pictish produce better beers than this.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is fruity. Mild citrusy and peachy hops flavoured. Bitter and mild citric into the finish.

Cask at the Marble Beer House. Gold lager like appearance with thin white head. Much tastier than your average lager though. Standard hop bitterness, little citrus, low carbonation. Not bad really, necked quick fast like my name was flash.

Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: Brown beard and biscuity pale malts, lots of bittering hop, lightly fruity, not overly citrus. Needs more aroma hop, or else its been massivly over vented.
