Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - May to August.
A crisp refreshing blonde ale. Rounded pale malt flavours in the mouth are balanced by a subtle bitterness which leads to a dry finish with a delicate floral hop aroma.

Cask (Kingston Arms, Cambridge)
Fairly middle-of-the-road blond ale. Crisp zesty aroma. Rather thin in the body, and decent hops aren’t enough to make it stand out from the crowd.

Cask at Merton Beer Festival July 7th, 8th 2006. Poured golden and like Glenn say’s it was very lively with a large white frothy head. Nice aroma of hops led to a wonderfully citrusy refreshing slightly dry beer. This is another brewery who seem to make some super beers and whilst I prefer their Alchemist this was certainly another super beer.

Cask conditioned at Merton Summer Beer Fest 06. Golden beer with volcanic white head. This was a fresh one, the beer exploded from the cask as if it was in a hurry to show you what it was made of. It certainly is a particularly accomplished Golden Ale, light fruity with a chewey late bitterness. Citrusy with a little hop oiliness, very good.
