Cask handpull, The Wellington, Sheffield, 02/01/13. Thin-slicked bright straw. Resinous pine, apricot, rocket and thistle-like leafy nose. Lean piney hop moving into sweet lingering cashew. Hints of liquorice, Refreshers and...watercress? That’s a new one. Quinine linger. Solid. As you’d expect.
