Cask @ GBBF ’12. Pours deep gold with a small white head. The nose is light honey, some feathery light hoppiness, fresh mint and herbs. The taste is strong honeyed cereal. Herbal heather, light grassy hops. A bit boozy on the long finish. Medium/full body. Flavorful, but a bit too herbal for my liking. Certainly an interesting drink, mind.

Cask Conditioned, at the Wenlock Arms, London.
Golden, honey colour, slow to settle. This beer smelt like somebody had dropped a double shot vodka in the glass. This beer was pretty dam strong and not much else.

Notts 04 Fest. Bright orange and gold. Aromas are sweet grain, salt and sour oranges. Flavours are spritzy and refreshing initially, followed by syrupy oranges. Like a childs medicine, but surprisingly not too sickly. Quite thin in mouthfeel with a nice delicate sparkle. Almost too sweet but gets away with it.
