Cask handpull at Wellington Sheffield. Pale crystal clear gold. Lasting white head. Beers served in good nick and good temp. This has a herby kick to the flavour. A touch of meaty herbyness. Good bitterness on finish. Some sweetness. This odd herb thing with a herb sausage finish is most likeable. Really good

Cask Handpump at the Smithfield Hotel, Manchester 10/11/2002 Clear golden coloured and pale with a slightly sour fruit flavour. A hint of citrus in a hop finish.
