A light beer with some sweetness in aroma from the hayish malt. Very clear liquid, pale colour and white head. Light sweetness. Lively carbonation, light - bodied. Feels like it has less alcohol than it actually has.

Bottled (from Rimi, Riga, BB 02/2010)
Clear yellow color, huge white cloudy head. Unclean buttery-diacetylic nose with some kind of metallic, grassy and earthy notes. Taste is similar, but actually it is not so bad: this beer has some Czech character with butterness and some hops. I could call this even a pilsner. Unfortunately lots of unclean flavors too.

Bottle, 5.2%. Clear golden colour. Small lacy white head. The flavour has a little spicy hoppiness. OK mouthfeel.

500ml Bottle - Golden in colour with a small white head. Malty and grainy aroma with some bready notes. Bittersweet malty taste with a lingering but not overwhelming finish. Not bad and drinkable.

Bottle. Deep golden with a small white head. Grainy bit mouldy aroma. Nasty sweet grainy maltish flavour. One of the worst Latvian beer I’ve had.

500ml bottle. Pale gold, thin head. Very simple lager aroma (note - I’d been eating spicy food earlier, might not be at top sensitivity). Lively carbonation, somewhat watery in the mouth. Taste is a simply creamy maltiness. Some bitterness too but not a huge finish to it. Fairly pleasant, but not anything special

Bottled. Pale golden, firm head. Soapy butterscotch aroma. Medium bodied. Some malt sweetness dried out by a fair amount of soapy, flowery resiny hops. Rounded mouthfeel, notes of butter. A beer with character.

(Bottled, BBE 23.6.2007) Clear, deep golden with a large, foamy head. Dull, slightly metallic and cardboardy aroma with some past-its-prime grassy hoppiness and butter. Buttery-malty, lightly metallic flavor with honey and actually some hop bitterness present all the way. Some cardboard, probably since it’s past its BBE. Almost medium-bodied, neutral, pretty dull palate with foamy but not that high carbonation. A surprisingly malty brew with at least some flavors - even if they’re not that pleasant. Seriously, this is not that bad at all.
