Big juicy, fruity, citrusy hop aroma. Flavor has too much booze and grain alcohol. A bit solventy. Nice hop character, but too boozy.

Glass at Piece. Opaque orange color with a thin white head. Nose is citrusy and piney hops with a sprinkle of tropical fruit. Flavor is piney and grassy hop with a bit if grapefruit. Clean finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy, golden-orange colored body with a thin, creamy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is pretty nice. Lots of fresh, citrusy pines with plenty of juicy pineapples and grapefruits. Solid caramel balance that allows the hops to clearly shine. Flavor is similar, but seems to lack a significant malt backing. Lots of fresh hops and plenty of juicy citrus pineapple, oranges, and grapefruits. Lightly sweetened pale malts with a touch of caramel and grain. Finishes moderately bitter and resiny with some pines and sweeter florals that leave a lengthy aftertaste following a light-medium, creamy body and moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty solid DIPA. Lots of fresh, bright hops and easy drinking. Not bad.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy gold with a white head. Lots of green hops and orange zest in the aroma. Hoppy and bright flavor with lots of citrus. Light pale malt to balanbce and just a touch of butterscotch. Medium bodied. Again, as with the pale ale, the light diacetyl that their ale yeast leaves in the beer is not what I would prefer, though I can see how others might not be bothered by it. I think I would like this a lot with a cleaner yeast though.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy golden with a modest white head and a strong floral pine aroma. There is a substantial caramel malt base with a refeshing hop bite at the finish. A very good brew.

Great Beer! Not sure if the designation as an "egyptian" pale ale is tongue-in-cheek - I’ve lived in the Middle East and am fairly certain they do not brew beer like this there. Anyways, I digress - I great dark amber pour with a foamy off-white head that leaves decent lacing on the glass. A bit of citrus in the nose. On the tongue there are notes of citrus, plums, a hint of alcohol, a little malt, and a nice pine finish. Solid mouthfeel. Great IIPA

Draft @ the brew pub. Pours a pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy grapefruit aroma. Hoppy bitter grapefruit flavor. Has a very hoppy bitter graoefruit finish.

On tap at Piece. Poured a hazy amber with a white head that laced nicely and dissipated to the edges. Aroma was pine with a bit of underlying citrus and sweet bread. Flavor was similar with pine the strongest note and a bit of sweet grain and citrus underlying.

I would totally have this one again in this fine, fine establishment. Nose is a burst of cream, all kinds of citrus, maybe a bit of tart watermelon. Malt is nicely balanced in the full, dank flavor. Just the right amount of weed to keep this interesting. Really good. Some light pepper notes as wellsies.

On tap at the brewpub and served in a tulip glass with an orangy amber hue. The head was a finger’s width of good, off white foam and some clingy, lasting lace. The aroma was a well rounded nose of bright citrus and mid-toned fruit, tempered by malt sweetness and a little resin. The flavor added appropriate bitterness, with lurking alcohol warmth that finally caught up to me toward the bitter/dry finish. Full bodied, not syrupy, but clean. Capped off my evening nicely, even after FoBAB.
