2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap at Piece...Pours a murky neon straw, really murky, not much head or lacing...Aroma is super light wheat a little with sweet candy...Taste is the same as aroma, light wheat and honey, not much there, kind of sweeet but pretty boring. Nice feel and easy to drink.

Sampler on tap at the brewpub (Chicago, IL). Pours a lightly hazed straight straw yellow, small whitish ring dies to a film, laces lightly. Aromas are light coriander and straw, flaked white wheat with light citrusy orange peel. Initial is light bodied, orange and mellow wheat malts, decent coriander spice, light bodied and drinkable. Quite nice, with light bodied qualities. Nicer

On tap at Piece. Pours very hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma was not good. Some lemon with bread. Flavor was light with lemon, yeast, light bready malts, coriander, and banana. Mouthfeel was a little thin. Average at best wit.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Had on tap at Piece Pizza and Brewery, Chicago, IL. Pours a neon yellow clolor with little to no head. It looks like lemonade, but doesnt taste as good. Very watery in flavor with strong lemon taste. I looked around and saw the majority of people drinking this beer were women, so it kinda made sense, a light, fruity beer. No aroma whatsoever.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Growler. Poured a clear golden color. The head was a few fingers high and white. Light bodied and slightly sweet without any significant bitterness. Flavors/smells included the likes of vanilla cake, subdued yeasty bred dough, fresh cereal grain, pale malt, and corn syrup. There was also a splash of champagne. So so.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft at Piece. Pours a slightly hazed pale yellow. Nose is a bit of citrus, bubblegum and bread. On taste, this definitely uses a ton of unmalted wheat, very grainy with a lot of dextrins. Starts out a touch tart and some of the bubblegum, though this quickly dissipates and moves into a rough graininess. Carbonation is on, but body is a bit thin. Pretty mediocre wit in my book.

On tap into a tulip glass. Pours the haziest yellow I have ever seen on a wit. Full white head with plenty of carbonation. The aroma is sweet. Hints of coriander and orange. The flavor is equally sweet. Very light, sweet clean drinking beer.
