On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy, golden-yellow colored body with a finger-width, frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is lightly sweetened, grainy and biscuity malts with a decent straw and grassy hopping. Touches of citrus and spice in there as well. Flavor is better. Some grassy hops throughout with a crisp, lightly sweetened, grainy malt backing. A light bread, hints of citrus, and a touch of straw before this finishes fairly dry, lightly bitter, crisp, and clean before leaving a medium length aftertaste. Light body and a slightly above moderate carbonation. Overall, a nice beer that goes really well with pizza. Crisp, clean, and lightly bitter. Not bad.

Got a growler with their Sunday Special. Split the pizza and growler with the GF. Served in a pilsner glass. A: Pours a clear golden yellow with a lively and bubbly body. A one finger pure white head forms on the pours and recedes to thin collar. Pretty standard. S: Standard kolsch yeast with a light grassy hop flavor profile, pale malts and little hay. T: The kolsch yeast hits you in the mouth right away and smooths out to nice light grassy hope profile on a pale malt backbone. The finish is light and hay-like. M: Very light bodied with a nice carbonation with a clean and crisp mouthfeel. Refreshing to say the least with a high drinkability. O: Easily drinkable with a balanced flavor profile. On a hot summer day this is a great beer. Serving type: growler Reviewed on: 02-19-2012

Pale yellow pour, flat taste, barely an aroma beyond cheap malt. Doesn’t taste better than it looks or smells. Do yourself a favor and order anything else they brew, it’s a million times better.

Tap at the brewpub. Pale yellow pour, minimal head. Grain aroma and taste, slightly dry finish. Good for the style.

On draft at brewpub, poured a light golden yellow color, aromas of light lemon zet, corn, and some grain. Flavors are the same, light on the palate, ok beer overall, not the best on their tap list but decent enough that I would drink again.

Pours a clear yellow with a thinnish head on tap,at piece. Almost no aroma, but a slight alcohol. Flavor is also light, a bit watery and not much there. Decent and beer.

Pale gold pour with no head. Aroma of grain. Mouth is satisfying. Taste is full of grain. Nice balance, but the grain just sits in your mouth like malt liqour.

draft. clear sparkling gold with a small white head and no retention. crispness and high hop acid give it bright vibrance still has some light malt chewiness and twang / corn notes. clean, refreshing acid and high bitterness for the style are enjoyable but otherwise it’s pretty basic.

Draft at Piece. Transparent gold, thinnest white ring, oily surface. Heavy lemon-zest nose, doughy honey, bit thin. Flavor grainier at front, bit of melon, stinging carbonation accents pale biscuit that lasts through finish. Zesty carbonation, very drinkable if a bit simple, sweetness a bit stella-artois like, carbonation needs to come way down.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma is crisp with notes of grass and hay. Flavor is similarly crisp wit light sweet grains in the start with grassy hops coming out in the finish.
