A classic example of an American pale ale. Medium bodied with an emphasis on American hops. Look out folks, this one's a drinker.

Light golden amber with definate cascade hops aroma. Rich, chewy malt body is caramelly and sugary...cookies and biscuits. Hops is citrusy at the finish, some grapefruit and orange rind...big flavor from a small pizzaria!
