fata2683 (61), APO, New York, USA Aug 21, 2008 It is what it is. We pick this table beer up in Belgium every once in a while. It’s low alcohol and more sweet than most brunes, but I do know alot of families will drink this at the dinner table(the whole family.) We have the Blond with pizza and this one with steaks. gunnfryd (2718), Kristiansand, Norway Aug 18, 2008 Bottle. Brown / red colour with a beige head. Aroma is weak dried fruits, malt. Flavour is sweet, malt, dried fruits, prunes. Thin beer and too sweet. tarjei (1131), Bryne, Norway Aug 6, 2008 33 cl bottle, bought in Oostende. Tasted at cottage in Korshavn, shared with gunnfryd and yngwie. Brown reddish color, almost no head. Aroma has only hints of dried fruit. Flavor is sweet and malty with metallic soapy aftertaste. High carbonation. yespr (6162), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 6, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours visible, dark golden brown with a creamy tan head. Sweet and mild spiced wort and caramel aroma. Almost sticky sweet caramel malt flavour - quite similar to a Danish hvidtøl - just worse. There is something artificial about the sweetness. Ends flat sweet and caramel flavoured. shrubber85 (2462), Wallhalben, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany Jul 7, 2008 Bottle. Dusty brown sugar malt aroma. Dark brown color with moderate head. Mixture of sugar syrup and metallic dust - like a flat cola. Way too sweet - can’t stomach this.
