Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, initial fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, old apples, wood, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is lively in my mouth, but looks very flat. [20110223]

Bottle at a tasting. Thanks Zvika. Clear golden with a bit of quickly-dissipating white foam. Musty aroma of green apples with oak, barnyard and sweaty hints. Sweetish green apple flavor, honey-ish notes, some wood and light acidic hints. Medium-bodied.

@ a tasting, pours shiny yellow with a nice carbonation and medium white head that disappears quickly, aroma of barnyard, leather, olives, brett and french cheese, flavor is rather dry and kinky with some apples, light acidity and bitterness, quite easy to drink, medium body.
