Sep 4, 2009 0.75L bottle, small head with medium carbonation, crystal clear pale yellow colour straw like, distinct aroma of pears with maybe a mineral touch, flavours of ripe pears balanced by a strong piercing acidity which lasts and lasts almost forever, not very complex but quite balanced and refreshing.

Aug 13, 2009 Pours like champagne and looks like it, bubbly with a medium head that disappears at once, intense aroma of fresh pears with a nice acidity and no bad odurs, flavor of pears, pears skin, green apples acidity and some kinky twist (maybe like rose leafs drops) at the end, exremely carbonated and very refreshing, body is medium. The fruit flavors and aroma of pears are well preserved, I like this refreshing beverage.

Aug 13, 2009 Bottle. Fizzy pale golden color with some white foam that disappears immediately after I stop pouring. Fresh pears aroma with some greeen apple peels notes. Sweet and slightly tart pears in the flavor. Light- bodied. Not bad.
