Light amber with a thin white head. Aroma of flowery hops and cider. Taste of hops with a hint of malt but not all that much flavour.

50cl can from some grocery store in Paris. Pours a crystal clear, golden amber colored body with an inch thick, frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is grainy and a bit metallic with a slight nutty sweetness. Touches of fruit and a hint of hops. Flavor is similar. Lightly sweetened, grainy malts with traces of nuts, fruits, and herbal hops. Finishes dry and lightly bitter with a slight metallic taste before leaving a medium length aftertaste. Medium body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty basic beer. Nothing special, but nothing too off. Eh...

Bottles from Mam and Dad’s holidays Venice, France and Drinkswell Ripon. An amber beer with malty and toffee flavours, a creamy mouthfeel, earthy notes and a spicy, dry finish.

330ml bottle at Porterhouse Cork. Aroma is hay, a hint of chestnut and some vague toffiness. Taste is a medium malty sweetness with a light bitterness. Nuttiness gets a bit lost, unfortunately, leaving a fairly standard lagery taste. Malty caramel aftertaste with lively carbonation. A fine beer, refreshing, but nothing special.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber beer with a small white head. Aroma is slightly skunked in a way, with a small matly base. Flavour is bland and a little sweet. Palate is quite watery and has a thin mouthfeel with a short aftertaste. Not much special, ok session beer.
