On tap at the Chicago Beer Fest ’12. Pours a cloudy, golden-orange colored body with a bit of a reddish-pink hue. Finger-width, frothy, off-white and pinkish head that dissipates slowly and leaves a light lacing. Aroma is candy wheats with a bit of a stale blueberry and earthiness. Slightly metallic as well. Flavor is similar. Sweet, grainy wheats with an oddly metallic blueberry note. Finishes cloyingly sweet and dry with a higher, earthy bitterness. Medium length aftertaste following a light-medium body and a somewhat fizzy carbonation. Overall, a messy fruit beer that’s a bit too bitter and cloyingly sweet. Not terrible, but not to my liking.

Part of a draft sampler at Pig Minds. Pours a pale gold with 2 blueberries in the glass. +points for presentation. Aroma of light blueberry and light wheat. Taste is light bitter. Light herbal hops with blueberry on the finish. Light bodied with a slick texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, pretty good. I would gladly drink this again.
