On tap at Beer Junction in Seattle. Black pour, average head, aroma of malt and chocolate. Taste intense and sweet, with a big presence of chocolate, bourbon, and alcohol. Palate is slightly thick, and the finish lingers nicely with the flavors. A big tasty brew that almost pushes the limits, but really works and is something I wish Pike would bottle once a year.
