COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pike Double IPA is a golden hued beauty in the glass. Weighing in at 8% alcohol and 80+ IBU’s it is strong yet balanced. It features Columbus; Chinook; Centennial; Cascade; and Amarillo hops - and is dry hopped with Amarillo and Columbus giving the beer a wonderful aromatic nose. Balanced and drinkable are the key words - like all Pike Beers.

Pours a hazy copper from the bottle with dissipating off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is definitely hop forward, pine and earthy notes. Taste follows, hop funkiness, decently fresh. Bitter finish and no real hint of the booze. Solid beer.

22 oz Bomber. The beer pours to a dark copper color with a thick off white head. The aroma is very strong with floral, resin & alcohol scents to it. The taste is medium body with a slightly bitter finish. This is a very smooth DIPA. Overall it is a very good DIPA.

Drank in tulip glass poured from bomber from alaska. Aroma - not much of an aroma clean scent. Not heavy on hop aroma. Appearance - beautiful glowing orangish red. Burnt rubber color. Taste - boom. Fantastic. So smooth and tasty with just enough bitterness. Loving it. Palate - nice bitter finish. Overall - very very enjoyable. One of my favorite DIPAs.

12 ounce pour at the brewery, extremely muddy pour, flavor hides the alcohol well.

22oz bottle shared by madbeerbaron. Thanks ben. Pours amber wit a half finger of off-white head. Aroma of citrus and grapefruir. Taste is on the sweet side. Big caramel kick in the face but ends with a decent citrus zip. Overall, pretty good. I would drink it again.

Bottle shared by madbeerbaron...thanks Ben! - Pours hazy amber with a thin white head. Nose is malty and sweet with a bit of dank, grassy hops. Thick and sweet flavor with a grassy, spicy hoppiness. Slick and thick in the mouth with medium carbonation.
