3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
650ml bottle. Frothy head on hazy amber. Nose is strong spice, floral and banana. I heard that there was lavender in this beer. If so that must be where the soapy perfume floral flavour comes from. However it may be my favourite beer with amber a taste I normally run from. Not going to become my go to patio Wit but it is a pleasant drink and one I might return to on an annual basis. I think it needs some food to fully enjoy with. A soft ’soapy" palate. A spicy floral wit light in banana or yeast notes.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours hazy deep gold into a tumbler. Bright white head quickly recedes to skim surface. Sour peach aromas. Sweet, medium caramel upfront turning to sour summer fruits in the dry, lasting finish.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a light straw-gold with a smallish head. Bubble gum and banana, with pepper and some citrus on the nose. Somewhat dilute flavor of mild hops and fruits - this one certainly isn’t dry. In fact it’s almost a quencher. Good summer brew, sure - but I’m wary of any brew that has a suggested serving with a fruit garnish. This isn’t up to Pike’s normal caliber.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
22. Pours a cloudy pale amber with a loose white filmy head. Mild, lightly spicy nose, just the faintest hints of coriander and orange on the nose along with some fairly subdued honey notes. Medium body, a bit watery in spots, probably a little undercarbonated, especially for the style. Caramel and toast on the mid palate, bits of honey, some very light spicing. Super restrained beer throughout.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Had this twice now on random occasions...decent wit style brew from Pike. A bit wet for my tastes, surprisingly, as the label is listed as being "dry". Not as much of an impact flavor punch, but the zest of a nice wit on a summer day is definitely there. Pretty good.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
LIght and thin, would pair nicely with goat cheese. Bomber pours a cloudy honey golden with a thin white foam and slight lacing. Faint aroma of straw, white grapes, flowers, and a little bit of barnyard funk. MIld taste of coriander, fresh wheat, and Belgian yeast. A bit of a dry finish, like crabapple, but not very pronounced. An easy drinking, simple summer brew.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Soft wheaty aroma, earth, soft spice, even a little dank. Pours hazy light golden, no head or lace. Wheat, citrus, ginger, soft yeast, not much else. Lingering ginger wheaty finish. Light, well made, uninteresting.
