COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Turbid (cloudy) spun-gold brew with excellent head retention. Dry and crisp with a honey-like aroma, fruity taste and clean aftertaste. A superb summer beer garnished with a slice of fruit, like an orange or peach.

On Tap at Pike Seattle. Pours out a light yello/ orange topped with a nice head. Aroma was of wheat, spice, and some fruit. Taste was more of the wheat, spice, some coriander, apricot fruit notes and some belg yeast.

Nice looking, tan and pretty clear with some rising bubbles and a nice, lasting white head that left nice lacing. Aroma is spicy, coriander and citrus, lemon peel, a little wheat and some yeast. Flavor is again spicy, a bit more like a wheat beer but with nice citrus, coriander, and just a touch of bubble gum. Body is light and carbonation is smooth and mild. Very easy to drink. An enjoyable witbier. I bought three different Pike bombers today because I’ve really liked their beers so far. Nothing changed here, still good stuff in my book.

Bottle courtesy bu11zeye. Pour is very clear. Light golden color with a small ring of white head. Aroma is slightly skunked, dry grains, light citrus. Flavor is grainy and very bitter. Dry flavors with maybe a hint of citrus. Unimpressed.

22oz bottle. Pours a cloudy pale gold with fluffy white head. Aroma of wheat, grass, citrus, and apple. Flavor is mostly sweet, with wheat, lemons, and a bit of maltiness. Like the name says, it does have a pretty dry finish. Crisp and refreshing, the perfect summer beer!

650ml bottle pours a cloudy golden orange color with a 2 finger white head that settles down to reveal some spotted lacing. Aroma is light fruits, yeast and citrusy hops. Taste is light malty and fruity sweetness with a citrusy hop bitterness and yeasty notes. Finishes dry with a light body and moderate carbonation. As far as white beers go this one is pretty good.

Bottle. The pour was a hazy brownish yellow with a large (2-3 finger) white frothy head that was mostly diminishing, down to a small cap which produced some fair spotty lacing. The aroma was mild of a light grain malt and a sweaty Belgian yeast with notes of honey, citrus (lemon), pears, wheat and a bit of coriander. The taste was lightly sweet with a moderate dose of wheat and honey early on, progressing into a much yeastier flavor that had a strong citrus presence and a touch of spice at the end. The flavor lingered for an average amount of time after the swallow with a slight watery feel and a yeasty citrus taste left behind. Mouthfeel was light ion body and watery in texture with an almost flat carbonation. Overall an OK Witbier with a mildly light body and taste, that along with the low ABV makes this a good brew for a hot summers day when you feel like not getting blotted and having more than just a few...

A dark golden port. The white head is on the small side. Strong malt and alcohol aroma. Reminds me of a good time when I was a kid. Mostly malty taste with a bit of corriander. Not very bitter but still has a good spritziness to it which keeps it refreshing.
