05.11.2008. On Tap at the brewpub. The Pike Brewing Co, Seattle, Wa. The colour is as the say deep golden amber. This is a rich and tasty beer. Strong with some nice bitternes at the end.

This amber ale poured with a decent beige head and a fruity aroma. There is a hearty caramel malt base that is superbly hopped with cascade? This is a hophead brew that also has enough great malt taste to please others.

Odd tasting. Can’t put my finger on all the flavors exactly. But I do know it tastes very much like soap which I hate. Weird IPA. One and done.

Shared with Pyrozoid. Clear dark orange poor, small beige head. Aromas of pine, orange, hints of pinapple... very hoppy. Dry, velvetty... extremely well hopped... good effervescence, perfect balance. Flavors of orange, pine, caramel. Very impressed.

bottle thanks to dyetube. light gold pour with some froth up top. hops on the nose with notes of citrus and esters. quite smooth on the palate with a very easy hop flavor that is not overly biter at all.

Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX. Pours a slightly hazy Amber with white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, and malt. Flavor is much the same, nice medium bitter, faint sweetness. Mouthfeel is med. body, med.-high carbonation...Overall, respectable IPA....I like it.

This IPA Pours a nice dark caramel with a small head, but did leave some nice lacing. There are some nice hoppy and a slight malt aromatics. Flavor is Much of the same, Floral, dry, and very well balanced. This is a solid IPA and i would definetly recomend it. Don’t be discouraged by it’s present rating Try it for yourself!!
