May 8, 2007 It has easily been ten years since this one has graced one of my glasses. I remember it being available years ago, but now is only available because of the generosity of Andre’. Lightly hazed, golden amber liquid. Moderate, stable light beige colored head. Heavy lace. Grapefruit zest dominates the aromas, with some light fruit, hints of flower and backdrop of bread dough. Solid flavor profile, with lightly earthy and oaky malts. A citric acid bite with a pure lemon extract flavor. A real IPA.

May 4, 2007 Pours a cloudy orange/amber with a thin tan head. Medium hop aroma, citric with some woody notes.Flavour of citric hops with some summer fruit as well, wood notes, floral highlights with a nice bitter finish. A tasty IPA.

Mar 27, 2007 Updated: Mar 28, 2007Tap...came out a hazy, dark amber with a thin white head. I got this at their bew-pub on 1st in Seattle and they served it slightly chilled at just the perfect temperature. Hoppy, bread-like aroma. Had a smoother palate for an IPA that I really enjoyed. The hop flavors were mild at first and I got more sweet flavors like honey, caramel, and malt that were than followed by a sharp, piney hop finish to balance it all off.

Mar 26, 2007 From a 12 oz bottle this poured a nice hazy orange in colour with a nice while head and good lacing.. Nose has a hoppy floral aroma with citrus, caramel, and some spices. Mouthfeel is rich and oily and flavor is of floral hops and lively caramel malts. Good strong bitter finiish. A solid IPA and easy to drink and enjoy;

Mar 13, 2007 Thanks to Carter for this brew. Pours hazy orange copper with little head. Nose escapes me at the moment. Flavor is malt forward with pink grapefruit coming through along with some pine (but not much). Finish is clean and quick, which makes me want more. Nice IPA. Just noticed a grapefruit flavor left on my tongue....which I don’t mind at all.

Feb 12, 2007 Draught sampler at the brewpub. Light copper colour. Big aroma of sweet malt and grapefruity hops. Decent body. Hoppy flavour. Good, but a bit predictable.
