Oct 20, 2006 This India Pale Ale pours a copper orange color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is floral and grapefruity, fairly juicy. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are caramel and bready. Hops are citrusy and grapefruity. A medium to high bitterness IPA. Good balance. Lively carbonation. The hop bitterness balances and contrasts nicely with malts sweetness. Slightly juicy hops at the finish. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
