From a 12oz. long neck brown bottle with an unnotched best before date on the right side of label. Made a good appearance, poured a chill hazy orange hued copper with a foamy pale tannish/whitish head that settled into a thin foamy lacing, good carbonation. Had a leafy floral hop nose with a roasted maltiness, grain bready. A crisp, creamy smooth medium bodied mouth feel, good drinkability. Sharp bitterness at first, leafy, a bit citric and floral, that turns into a smooth rolling bitterness, a balancing roasted rye maltiness, a little fruitiness at the end and a sweet rye bready and leafy hop finish with a soft hop bitterness lingering in the palate. A really nice and tasty AIPA from Pike, makes me want to try more beers from this brewery.

Golden amber pour with a thin white head. Aroma was floral and hoppy, as was the taste. Flavor is clean, crisp and included floral tones, citrus, and a nice hoppiness. A solid IPA from Pike.

Draught Pale, slightly hazy orange; small persistent rim. Good, but not really convincing hoppy nose, flowery. A good cookie-malt base for a decent hopgift, grapefruit-y, citruszeste, and hopcake. Burning MF, but again, in generaly a bit watery. Good taste, reasonable balance, failing MF.

Hazy golden amber with a frothy off-white head. Grapefruit hops aroma with touches of malt, pine, spice, and florals. Medium body, lively carbonation, thin texture. Nice bitterness in the taste. A decent, but not exceptional, IPA.

12oz bottle at the Winking Lizard in Columbus Ohio - Pours cloudy amber with a fair offwhite head. Aroma is great grapefruit, light caramel malts and some pine as well. Flavor is nice and hoppy grapefruit, floral, but balanced pretty well with the sweet caramel malts. Some definitely pineapple and apricot flavor as well. Palate is medium bodied, tilts a little towards the hops as expected for a PNW brew. Pretty nice compliment to the Cajun Chicken Sandwich for lunch. I enjoyed this.

A gift from seattle. Aroma is very good...warm citrus and apples...creamy hops and a bit of sourness. Flavor isn’t as good...it is nicely bitter but in a funky way. Tastes like soap. Very unblanced malt profile as well. Palate is dirty and slimey. Wow this isn’t very good!.

12oz. bottle. Gold-yellow, with a medium sized white head. Sweet and soapy hop aroma, some buttery malt underneath. Heavy floral hop flavor, slightly acrid. Rather sweet malt bracing the hop component. Soapy finish with a residual sweetness and a lingering resin astringency. Mouthfeel is medium, dry.
