COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dry and floral, with the beautiful aroma of fresh hops and a sublime maltiness from gently roasted barley.

Bottle: This is a great all around IPA. The color is an murky orange-brown with an off-white head and spotty lacing. The aromas are grapefruit rinds and junipers. The taste is wonderfully bitter and hoppy and you can detect the flowery nature of the hops in the top back of the throat. The carbonation is normal and the feel is thin and delicious.

Lemony orange sweetness on the aroma. Copper/amber in color with decent head and some lacing. Luscious body - very thick and well constructed malt base. Some cereal and some lightly toasted sweet flakes. Lots of basic C-hops, the usual suspects - lemon citrus, but well balanced. A great IPA quaffer. Thanks André.

Draft. Amber beer with a thin white head. Citrus hop aroma. Citrus hop flavor with some sweet malt/caramel backing. Lingering bitterness.

A deeep, rich bronze color with a dense, whipcream head. Aroma of sulphur, bubblegum, and passion fruit. A bubblegum-like flavor I often attribute to a combination of very hard water (sulphate) and ale yeast fruit. Some viscosity from the malt and a solid, long acidity into the finish with a tropical fruit flavor.

Bottle. Well done IPA. Medium amber in color, clear. Scant white head forms but remains for the duration. Some lacing left behind. Aroma is rich in malt and hop. Grapefruit and other citrus aromas mix nicely with a caramelly sweetness. Medium bodied. Well balanced with hops providing a nice long lived effect. Nicely done.

This beer pours an orangey amber color with a razor thin white soapy head and little to no lacing. The aroma is unbelievably sweet for an IPA... Tangerines, nectarines, malts... but where are the hops...surprising sweetnesses and very floral. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, fairly dry and mildly bitter. Strangely enough once again, more malt than anything. Significant amounts of fruit....tang, tangerines, oranges, florals, citrus and cardboardy sticky malts. Some hints of pine and grass, but very weak. Might as well label this what it really is.. an American Pale Ale. Dry, sticky, cardboardy astringently bitter finish...acceptable session beer, but not my cakewalk.

Yeah, not bad. Rich and strong in hops, and not bad overall. What else can you say? If you’ve been on this block a while, you know your IPAs from your sidewalk chalk.

Pour gave tons of head. Aroma has some odd spice notes, almost soapy. Flavor is also somewhat soapy, not very india of a pale ale. I should have passed on this one.

Bottle. Pours a light amber color. Aroma is lightly hoppy with some malt present. A little sweet. Flavour is a balance of hops and malts. Finish is rather bitter, but over done. Good IPA, but not anything special.

Nicely done, a coppered bodied brew with a heft yellowish head and an aroma of orange blossoms and rose petals. The solid, caramel malt backbone has a bit of a juicy, citric fruit taste topped with some mild floral hop bitterness. This is kind of an easy-going, relaxed IPA, but very tasty and refreshing.
