3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at the Museum. Deep, cloudy amber with a fine head. Nice hoppy nose, citrus pine, plus good malt backup. Flavor more malt centered, though resinous hops are there with ok biterness, though hop flavor a bit lacking. Solid though.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bärnstensfärgad dimmig öl med vitt skum. Blommig humlebeska och en antydan av citrus och malt i doften. En balanserad citrusbeka i smaken. Ganska torr munkänsla.

4.9 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Everything that I look for in an IPA. Tasty, great aroma, good hoppiness but not overpowering, one of my favorites.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear red pour with a single finger head. Strong floral aroma and hints of grain. Earthy. Mouth is a little thin. Taste is sweet but very bitter finish. The hops really balance out the sweetness. I liked this quite a bit.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pike IPA has a medium, creamy, cream-colored head, an opaque, orange appearance, some visible bubbles stuck to the side of the glass, and a bit of lacing left behind. The aroma is of musty, piney hops, hop oil, some citrus, and malt. Taste is of alcohol, piney oil, dank, wet hay, white bread and white bread crust, lots of hop bitterness, especially in the aftertaste, and a bit of citrus peel. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy and soft, and Pike IPA finishes wet, heavy, sloshy, and drinkable. Overall, this is one of those heavy, mushy Indian Pale Ales. It’s still remarkable and worth trying. 3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
650 bottle to flute
Primarily an aroma of lemon and bread, perhaps a little bit of orange. Slightly cloudy amber with a lot of particulates, large off-white head quickly reducing with plenty of lacing. Sweet peppery taste not too much bitterness. Medium bodied but slightly watery and silky. Not IPA that I'd seek out but okay.
