Everything that I look for in an IPA. Tasty, great aroma, good hoppiness but not overpowering, one of my favorites. --- Proost & Salud

On tap at the brew pub on 1st in Seattle. Pours a little hazy with an enduring white head. Great balance and flavor. Easy-to-drink IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPad

Big and Beautiful...Great Hoppy nose with malt obvious. I have had on tap and in bottle. Much better on tap. This is a great IPA.

a beautiful aroma of fresh malted barley, hops and a bit floral with some pineapple and caramel sweetness. Scotch caramel flavor, steeped in straw and floral hops with a beautiful deep English amber color that produces an off white head that dissapates and laces nicely. lively smoothness to the brew with dancing carbonation and bitterness arriving in short order and a lingering sweetish finish. just a lovely brew, time tested and available without the need for greed. $3.99 THE 22 ounce bottle.

This is an excellent end to an excellent night watching and listening to Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. I bought this beer at my usual beer emporium, Spirit or Seymour. It’s hoppy in the very best way, thick and floral. A definite recommendation. Couldn’t drnk more than 1 pint though. Next up Pike Brewery Extra Stout

On tap in Seattle. Excellent IPA. Floral hoppiness with notes of orange, citrus and mandarine. Malty sweetness as well makes this a very balanced and refreshing IPA. Highly recommended.

IBU 60. Smooth. Not too hoppy. Lightly carbonated. Dark caramel color. Thick head. A great IPA selection ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

gotta say I love this beer. Nice piney hop aroma. Pours a cloudy orange with a foamy head. Sweet, but understated malt presence, earthiness. Lingering, satisfying hop finish. A very flavourful beer. Underrated IMO.

The Dan Journal #383. Tasted 8/4/10. 12oz bottle. Hazy with a dark amber hue. Bubbled off-white moldy head. Aromas of piney hops and sweet citrus. Subtle malty notes. Good balance between the malts and the hops. Medium to full bodied with great toasty malt flavors and a ton of hops to back it up! I like my IPA’s with a good malt backbone and this one fits the bill! I really liked this one!
