COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dry and floral, with the beautiful aroma of fresh hops and a sublime maltiness from gently roasted barley.

Bomber. Amber pour, nice white head. Aroma is full of floral and citrus hops jump out on the nose. Some light caramel notes lead me to believe this will be a well balanced and delicious IPA. Yep, I was right. Clean and crisp. Just the right amount of citrus bitterness and malt backbone. Very smooth. Nice stuff.

Appearance: blood orange and clear. Coppery head fades slowly in pockmarks and bubbles. Leaves lace and swirls without disturbance.
Nose: lemon, grapefruit, and hop resins with a tickle of pine in the back. Possesses an overall bright freshness, crisp. Fields of straw drying in the sun, faint, like smelling it upon a warm summer breeze.
Palate: smooth with gentle sweetness. Peaches in the middle while lemon and grapefruit cover the sides and pine finishes. Bitterness lingers gently atop tongue after each quaff. Sticky lips with peaches and honey. Citric skin bitterness in the back. Breathing out I find more pine while further supping reveals a slight chewy breadiness to the mouthfeel and overall weight; minor. Dry straw joins skins atop tongue, minor.
Final Thoughts: a bit straightforward but well rounded and balanced. A good dinner companion to many dishes with just enough bite and sweetness to parlay spice and enhance the latter.

Clear deep golden colour with tiny creamy white head. Strong delicious fruity bitter hoppy aroma. Much milder bitterness in flavour. Extensive bitter hoppiness in aftertaste. Creamy.

from 355ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour. Great aroma very hoppy. Flavour is very bitter with a very strong hops flavor. Lots of cascade in this one. Great IPA.

Gorgeous amber golden pour with thick eggshell froth. Aroma is citrus hops(some pine) with sweet bready malts. Citrus sweetness upfront with some sweet bread (caramel malt), underlying bitterness lingers. I can’t tell if I’m overselling the swertness or underselling the bitterness but this is a fairly soft American IPA, however very well balanced, I love it!

This poured a dark orange with some uneven light head. Aroma has some aromatic hops in addition to some sweet roast malts. Up front the taste has some rather dry hops, which only linger a little bit on the palate with their muted bitterness. The sweet barley makes a big portion of the backbone to this ale, and compliments the more subtle hops very well. A surprising find, especially for only 3.99 a bomber!

Pours a hazy amber brown with a white head. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, and florals. Taste is more sweet then bitter, the florals seem to dominate. It is a light to medium body. Not what I expected from the west coast, more tempered like an east coast IPA.

A fairly generic ipa, but solid. Citrus is low to non-existant. A little high on the malty flavors.
