Orange color, clean with little head. Grapefruit rind and skunky. Thin body with big bitter finish. Bottle had a Best by April date on the side. I bought in october. Hope this explains why not very good. Origanal rating 4/3/4/3/10. Tap at brewpub. Much better than bottle experience. Citrus, orange and grapefruit. Carmel. Lite pine. Nice clean orange copper color. Aroma is sweet ripe fruits - orange and peach - a bit of honey with nice counterpoint of floral and earthy hops. Flavor also very sweet, again ripe fruits with lemon grass and spruce hops and a hint of pungent spice in the aftertaste. Medium body and very smooth and mellow carbonation. Good, drinkable IPA. A bit of yeast at the bottom proves this to be bottle conditioned. Aroma is very freshly hoppy. Contributions from the hops are zesy lemon, citrus, and pine. I’m curious what variety of hops they use. Sweet tasting, medium bodied, very smooth, and nice bitter finish. Superb ipa. brewshthereen (316), Oregon, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 9, 2004 Fruity, hoppy bitterness greets as you open the bottle. carmel malt, with toffee flavors. Thankfully, hearty malt strength can keep up with the hop sharpness. Nice, well done IPA. BennyTicklez (621), USA

Quite a good one. Floral but no wallflower that’s for sure. Brash...definitely not creamy. I think I remember calling Bridgeport’s IPA almost creamy...not this bad boy. Enjoy!
