Reviewed 7/23/2009 (bottle): Pours a very clear light yellow colored body, with a foamy whitish head, diminishing. Floral aroma. Fruity and flowery, semi-strong. Floral grainy taste. Spicy taste. Light taste, soft mouthfeel. A little sweet tasting.

A light golden ale with a thin white head. A rather light vanilla cream aroma, fruity esters, and light orange peels. In mouth, a spot on triple with light candy sugar, coriander, lots of orange peels, some cuban rhum warmth. Nice and smooth. On tap at brewpub, Sept. 12 2009.

A sweet but not very spicy aroma. Looks flat. Flavor is better than appearance. A good spice that has some zing in the finish.

Hazy golden color with a white fizzy head. Bready yeast aroma, esters. Flavor is spicy yeast, honey, white pepper, little alcohol bite.

Lightly hazed dark straw color with a smallish white head. LIght fruit and hints of dusty ale malt, flowers and candi. Thicker body. Flavors follow the aromas, along with a bit of honey. A simple, clean tripel.

Pours a light gold with some head. Aromas of spun sugar, yeast, spice and some apple. Tastes of sugar, clove, and nuttiness, with an unfortunate banana profile appearing when warms.

Bottle from Liquid Solutions. Pours a darkly hazy gold with a bubbly white head that wasn’t much. Aromas of banana, citrus, and maybe clove. Full bodied with chewy carbonation. Flavor is fruit, coriander?, and hint of banana. Hot bits pop up in the finish. It’s astringent. It’s not really very sweet. My mouth is puckering. Almost like wood aged. Very good stuff indeed.
