3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Color of gold and a strong head with stickly lacing. There is a rush of grassy and yeast to this beer. A slight sour on the bitter orange, but good. Husky and a touch of caramel in the malt section. A note of heat there at the end.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap. Pours a slightly hazy dark gold body with a small fizzy white head that faded to a wispy film. The nose is candy sweet with honey and Belgian candi sugar over a fruity Belgian Tripel yeastiness. The flavor is sweet with candi sugar and lots of esters from the yeast. Pretty good punch of alcohol on the finish. Lingering crackery malt and sweetness. Mouthfeel is full bodied and clingy with fizzy carbonation. Noticeable heat on the finish. Pretty nice Tripel, well done.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This is a surprisingly authentic tripel full of buttery goodness and Belgian yeast spiciness. Some tripels can be a bit herbal and bitter, but this was brewed with care.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a nice golden copper color with a thick white head. Aroma is yeasty with a lemon zest and spice. Taste is tangy and sweet with coriander spice. Hops are noticeable on the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and lots of carbonation. Alcohol is not overpowering but noticeable. A decent triple.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle; poured a dull gold color with alot of carbonation streams with a foamy white head. Alot of candy sugar that almost comes off a bit bitter. Not all that sweet or banana/wheat, some spice and not all that boozy. Ok.

4.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Clear copper. Frothy off white head. Sweet and smooth with just the right amount of hop backbone. Not comparing it to a belgian tripel. It is more like a double ipa to me. Hoppy and crispy dry finish with just enough malt. Very nice brew.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy straw yellow with lacing
Lemon grass and whipped topping. Taste is a lovely yeastiness. Very nice. There’s quite easy to detect alcohol and sweetness. Taste is pretty boozy. Could probably do a pint of this based on the orange peel sweetness.

Rich golden color. Constant thin lacing and long-lasting bubbles. Spicy nose. Slight banana/pineapple taste with a slight raisiny booziness underneath. Good mouthfeel... almost a bit dense.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from a cold bottle. Clear orange color, nice white frothy head. Sour malt and hops smell. Light somewhat watery alcoholic flavor with a slight bitterness and a floral undertone.
