12 oz bottle via Liquid Solutions. Pours a semi hazy amber with a small head. Not muc aroma, perhaps some caramel and mild citrus hops. Flavor is actually pretty good. Some mild orange, grapefruit and molasses, in the reverse order, lol. Average carbonation, nice smooth balanced finish. Good session beer and just what an American pale ale should taste like. Easy drinking, refreshing and flavorful.

Bought in the 12 oz brown long neck..lovelly old fashioned "diamond" style label. Very attractive pale ale when poured into a slighly chilled glass..dark copper in colour with a little haze..nice creamy off white head thats medium sized..leaves good lacing. Can smell the malts in this brew more than most pales from the NW..theres also a nice yet strange cedar wood aroma..which i cant quite place. Nice tastein brew with the malty sweetness predominating the initial taste yet the hops come through near the end..very nice. Mouthfeel is good but it seems a little on the watery sude. A nice pale..very drinkable.

Pretty standard pale ale, nothing fancy about this one. Not bad, not great.

Bottle: Pours a lightly hazed amber-gold with a off-white frothy cap that lasts and laces well. Aroma is perfumy-floral-grapefrut with soft caramel tones Chewy resimous hops in the front and in the middle with a substantial toasty-caramel malt undertone. Finsh is bitter with a citrus flush. Really well articulated west coast pale.

Thought this was the worst of pike’s beers. Pours copper clear color with minimal head. Aroma earthy hops, but minimal. Flavor watery plain with slight earth hops. Very weak.

12 oz bottle from Bier Stein. Pours a medium brown with a small tan head and not much in the way of lacing. Aroma of yeast, caramel, citrus hops all muddled up together. Flavor hits all the same notes, but it’s hard to discern them from each other. Pretty much a hot mess this beer is.

On tap @ Pike: Looks nearly identical to the Scotch Ale, in fact it tastes nearly like the same brew sans the slight smoky charater and with a few extra hops (not enough for my liking though)

12 oz. brown bottle. Pours light amber/orange colour. Sticky and clingy white head. Aroma is toasty and caramel malts, light hops. Flavour has toasted malts, some nut, late grapefruit bitterness. Good sessionable APA.
