Angeloregon (1829), Portland, Oregon, USA Jul 28, 2008 On tap at Pike Place in Seattle, WA--Poured a hazy rugged light golden body. Soft fruity esters with a touch of bittering hops and nutty yeast. Not too bad. anders37 (2563), Malmö, Sweden Jul 17, 2008 Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy golden color wuth a small white head. Fruity malty aroma with hints of citrus. Fruity and very wheat malty flavor with hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty finish with more of the citrus in the aftertaste. pinkzambia (868), Boise, Idaho, USA Jun 30, 2008 Tap: Clear yellow-gold color with not much head. Not that impressive, but not offensive either. Light and crisp. Not really my favorite style. Skyview (2768), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Jun 22, 2008 On draught at the brewpub in downtown Seattle, WA. Pours a semi-clear golden amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that dissipates to a thin white ring and minimal lacing. Aroma of very light white bread malt, some yeast and orange zest. Taste is light bodied, some extra carbonation with flavors of multi-grain light malt, lemon and a touch of citrus zest. Finish is semi-dry with a mild bitterness and some citrus aftertaste. It’s missing some of the Hefeweizen character with cloves and banana but it is still a decent summer light beer. presario (2392), Calgary, Alberta, Canada May 24, 2008 On tap at the pub. Dark amber. No head. Light aroma is more melon than citrus. OK middle of the road beer.
