COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Medium hopped with malt and wheat character, a smooth fruity balance and soft creamy head. Mild fruity esters and a soft wheat flavor are the major characteristics of this beer. It is light and crisp with just enough hops to balance and round out the sweetness of the malt and wheat.

This beer is not that great at all! I do not recommend this beer. Had a VERY mild wheat taste. I was drunk while drinking this, and I couldn’t taste a freaking thing! I was trying to taste the banana, clove, or wheat flavor and you know what I tasted? Nothing! This draft was very mild and disappointing. The color was different. It didn’t have that yellow type of color that I was expecting! Booh! Anyways, not a great experience for me. I visited the brewery/pub and it was great, but this beer not so much. Very light malt flavors. Honestly, I was disturbed that they called this a wheat beer.

Great wheat flavor shines through constantly. Great carbonation. Yeast flavors a bit too mild. Strong cereal flavors. A decent hefe.

On tap at Pike Place in Seattle, WA--Poured a hazy rugged light golden body. Soft fruity esters with a touch of bittering hops and nutty yeast. Not too bad.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy golden color wuth a small white head. Fruity malty aroma with hints of citrus. Fruity and very wheat malty flavor with hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty finish with more of the citrus in the aftertaste.

Tap: Clear yellow-gold color with not much head. Not that impressive, but not offensive either. Light and crisp. Not really my favorite style.

On draught at the brewpub in downtown Seattle, WA. Pours a semi-clear golden amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that dissipates to a thin white ring and minimal lacing. Aroma of very light white bread malt, some yeast and orange zest. Taste is light bodied, some extra carbonation with flavors of multi-grain light malt, lemon and a touch of citrus zest. Finish is semi-dry with a mild bitterness and some citrus aftertaste. It’s missing some of the Hefeweizen character with cloves and banana but it is still a decent summer light beer.

On tap at the pub. Dark amber. No head. Light aroma is more melon than citrus. OK middle of the road beer.

Nice refreshing beer, but lacking a little in the wheat department. Sampled from draught pours a pleasent bright golden colour which is semi cloudy. Aroma is of pears and green apples. Taste is refreshing, clean but not at all wheaty.
